Q, What’s your business hour?

A, You can order our products any time you like online. We will reply to your inquiries within two business days. ( In case of holiday seasons, it might take more days for us to respond your inquires. )

Q, Is there an age limits on orders?

A, You must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase from Truetealife Shop. If you are younger than 18, a parent or guardian must be present to place the order.

Q, I would like to submit a product review on your website. How do I do this?

A, Our product page has a review section on the product page. You can rate the product on the scale of one to five and leave a comment. All we need is your name and email address.

Return/Refund

Q, The color of the product I bought is different from what I expected. Can I return the item and get the refund?

A, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Requests received later than 30 calendar days after you received the item, will not be eligible. 

Q, How to return the item?

To start a return, you can contact us at service@truetealife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q, How Long  It Takes To Receive The Refund

A, The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Replacement/Refund will be made within 1-3 business days after the goods are returned and received by seller.  If we approve a refund, the money will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Q, May I cancel my order?

A, If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. This is because we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving the order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. 

Shipping

Q, How much will it cost to ship to my address?

A Shipping is free (U.S. support only so far). 

Q, Will I receive a tracking number once my package shipped?

A, Yes,you will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.

Q, How long does it take to receive the product I ordered?

A, It takes about 7-12 business days for delivery time. This period depends on where your shipping address is and what you ordered. You can check where your purchased product is by using a tracking number provided by Truetealife Shop.

Q, I accidentally typed a wrong address on the order form. What should I do?

A, Please send us the correct address of yours within 24 hours via service@truetealife.com . You can check your order detail on your My orders or through an email you received when placing an order.

If you aren’t able to notify us within this time, we will need to charge you the re-shipping fee.

Q, How do I check the status of my order?

A, You can check the status of your order by entering your order details on the Orders page. When a shipping label has been created for your order, you will be able to track your shipment within your Orders page.

Q, Why doesn’t my tracking number work?

A, It usually takes up to 24 hours for mail company to update their database to include your tracking number. In case that your tracking number still doesn’t work after 24 hours, please notify us via email ( service@truetealife.com  ) and we will assist you promptly. Please also check to see if there is a typo in the tracking number you typed.

Q, If I ordered multiple products and one of them is out of stock, how would you deal with the situation?

A, In that situation, we usually ship orders that are in stock first and then as soon as we restock the rest that was once out of stock, we will send it. If you like to receive your order together, please leave an order note before making a purchase. This rule applies to all orders.

Q, How do I know if an item is in stock?

A, Unless you find the sign "Sold out" on the top left corner of the main product picture, the product is available.

Q, How about the quality of the products?

A, If you have found an issue in quality or craftsmanship with a product from us, please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. Products that have been subject to abuse are not eligible under this guarantee. Products on our site are described as accurately as possible, but occasional slight variations in measurements, color, or design may occur.

Q, How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

A, You will receive an email from us ( service@truetealife.com ) saying your order is successfully submitted.

Q, Is there a minimum order value?

A, No. There is no minimum order value.

Q, Is it necessary to make an account to make a purchase from your website?

A, No. We offer page guest checkout, and you can place an order without making an account. However, an account will allow you to make your next purchase easier. Also in My page, you can check things by your order history or the status of orders.

Q, I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on the “Forgot password” link on account page. Please type in your e-mail address with which you registered so that your password will be reset. Then you will receive an email that comes with the link where you can set a new password.
